Terms of Service

1. Service and operator

Mansour Enterprise operates LexFlo, an AI receptionist and intake service for law firms, delivered on the GoHighLevel platform, with an app for AI intake qualification, document review with email notification and Clio sync. LexFlo does not provide legal advice. These terms describe use of the service and new subscription offers. Existing customer agreements, prices, entitlements and refund rights remain in place; this page does not silently replace them.

2. Accounts and authorized use

LexFlo is intended for licensed attorneys and their authorized staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, keeping login credentials secure, granting appropriate access and using information you are authorized to process. Tell support@lexflo.ai if account access appears compromised.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, misleading communications, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass security controls. Configure communications and recording only when you have the necessary authority and notices or consent for that use.

Every AI receptionist call opens with a disclosure that the call is recorded and transcribed and that the caller is speaking with an AI. LexFlo applies two-party (all-party) consent treatment to every call, not only in specific states. Do not disable or alter this disclosure.

3. Attorney responsibility and AI output

LexFlo is software, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or make legal decisions for you. You remain responsible for conflict checks, client communications, professional obligations and legal work product. AI summaries, extracted dates and other generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Review original information and independently verify output before relying on it.

A scheduling link or a status entered in LexFlo is not independent confirmation that an appointment exists. Verify appointments with the calendar or booking provider. Integrations and optional phone answering depend on configuration, provider availability and verification.

4. Subscription and billing

Current plans are Solo at $497 per month and Firm at $997 per month, plus a one-time setup fee of $750. Phone minutes, messaging and AI usage are billed at the provider's pass-through rates. Your order form or onboarding agreement states the plan, setup fee and any usage rates that apply to you.

Subscriptions renew monthly at the applicable rate unless canceled or your agreement provides otherwise. Review charges and renewal details before subscribing. New advertised prices do not change an existing subscription's rate or services.

5. Cancellation and refunds

The firm owner can stop renewal through Account & billing → Manage billing. The billing portal schedules cancellation at the end of the current billing period and shows the effective date before confirmation. Contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment or delete workspace information.

No contract. Cancel anytime. Plans are month to month with no minimum term. Cancelling stops future renewals from the end of the current billing period.

Payments already made, the one-time setup fee and usage charges are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund or your written agreement says otherwise. Contact support@lexflo.ai with billing questions.

6. Your content and privacy

You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of content submitted to the service. You authorize Mansour Enterprise and the service providers needed for your configured features to process that content to provide and support LexFlo. This does not transfer ownership of your firm's work product to LexFlo.

The Privacy Policy describes information handling and manual access, correction, export and deletion requests. We verify a requester's authority and review the scope before releasing or deleting information. Cancellation is separate from deletion; billing, agreement, security, legal and recovery records may require separate handling.

7. Service availability and connected services

Features may depend on external providers, network access and firm configuration. Interruptions and errors can occur. LexFlo does not promise uninterrupted operation, guaranteed delivery, specific response times, booked consultations, case outcomes, confirmed bookings from a link click, accurate legal judgments or automatic compliance with professional duties. Report problems so we can investigate them.

A service you connect may have its own terms. You are responsible for maintaining the authority and access needed for that connection. We do not purchase or activate optional paid services on your behalf merely because you create a LexFlo account.

8. Questions and disputes

Contact Mansour Enterprise at support@lexflo.ai about a service issue, billing concern or dispute so we can try to resolve it. Do not send full payment-card details. This contact process does not limit either party's remedies under applicable law or extend a legal deadline.

These terms do not select an exclusive jurisdiction, require arbitration or waive class proceedings. Applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction determine those matters, subject to any existing agreement between the parties. Nothing here removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and existing agreements

We identify revisions with the date above and communicate material changes through an appropriate service notice or account contact. A later revision does not change an existing customer's price or agreement without the applicable change process. Separately agreed terms continue to govern where they apply.
